Introduction to Accessibility Services
To better serve readers with visual and hearing impairments, NLPI has established the Information Center for the Hearing/Visually Impaired on the second floor of the Main Library. The center is equipped with assistive technologies, including computers designed for visually impaired users, and offers a wide range of accessible materials such as audiobooks, Braille books, and dual-format publications. The space is designed to be fully accessible, providing a welcoming environment where readers can enjoy a dedicated reading experience.

Accessible Collections
A dedicated reading area for visually and hearing impaired readers is located on the second floor of the Main Library, offering more than 3,600 items, including accessible books, audiobooks, Braille books, and dual-format picture books. The collection continues to expand each year, inviting readers to experience an inclusive and immersive reading environment.

The floor plan includes the following areas: men's restroom, women's restroom, Digital Resources Office, computer resource area, storage room, two audiobook recording studios, multifunctional workshop, service counter, main entrance, collection reading room, temporary rest area, hand-washing stations, and water dispenser.
